NOVO Phase Out

MachiningCloud, the leading cloud-based platform that provides manufacturers with access to the latest cutting tool product data, today announced that it will discontinue the support the NOVO platform as of May 25, 2025. Existing NOVO users can transfer their accounts to MachiningCloud free of charge, and take advantage of the more extensive capabilities of the platform. The transition is seamless; customers can simply log in to the MachiningCloud platform using their existing Novo credentials for immediate access to all their stored information, including tool lists, jobs, assemblies and other saved data.

How does it affect you?

NOVO Phase Out:

NOVO will be discontinued on May 25, 2025.

Users’ data:

Users’ data will be transferred to MachiningCloud. All stored information, including tool lists, jobs, assemblies and other saved data remain accessible from MachiningCloud.

Access to MachiningCloud:

Your Novo credentials will allow you to log in MachiningCloud app, and access your data previously available on NOVO. If you were using both NOVO and MachiningCloud, the data sets will be merged and all will be accessible on MachiningCloud.

Complimentary license:

MachiningCloud will provide all current NOVO users with a complimentary license (must be a NOVO user as of 03/24/2025).
